肾脏占位性病变的超声诊断分析

为提高超声对肾脏占位性病变诊断的准确率，对术前作过B超检查的56例肾占位性病变经与手术，病理对照进行分析，结果为肾内占位变55例，肿瘤占98．1％（54／55），其中恶性占79．6％（43／54）良性占20．4％（11／54），定位误诊断1例，定性误诊1例，诊断符合率96．5％，良性肿瘤中错构瘤占63．6％（7／11），肾囊肿占36．4％（4／11）。

An Analysis of Ultrasonic Diagnosis of Space Occupying Renal Lesions

In order to raise the confirmed diagnosis rate of space occupying renal lesions,preoperative ultrasonic diagnoses of 56 cases proved by operation and pathology were analysed. Theresults showed that in 55 cases of space occupying renal lesions, 98.1% (54/55) were tumors. Of them 79.6% (43/54) were malignant and 20.4%(11/54) benign. There was oneorientative misdiagnosis and one qualitative misdiagnosis. The confirmed diagnosis rate was96.5%. Of the benign tumors, 63.6% (7/11) were hamartomas and, 36.4% (4/11) werecysts.
