| 摘 要： | 医院筹资管理和分配管理是医院资金管理的主要内容。一方面,医院筹资方式需要转变观念,增强市场意识和经营意识,学会多渠道筹措资金;另一方面,医院要把握医院的资金分配使用方向和具体项目,管好用活医院资金,充分发挥财务管理职能,使有限资金取得最佳的经济和社会效益。
