摘    要:目的 探讨血管紧张素Ⅰ转换酶(ACE)基因多态性与中国人甲状腺疾病的相关性。方法 以ACE基因为候选基因,随机挑选417例甲状腺疾病患者和143例正常人,用PCR方法检ACE基因的缺失/插入多态性。结果(1)正常对照组与各组之间的基因型及等位基因频率比较差镁无显著性意义,正常对照组与各组之间的DD+DI/Ⅱ、DI+Ⅱ/DD及DD/Ⅱ比较差异均无显著性意义。(2)正常人群ACE基因型分布DD型最少,

Abstract:Objective To study the relationship between the polymorphism of angiotensin I-converting enzyme(ACE) gene and thyroid diseases in Chinese. Methods Using angiotensin I-converting enzyme(ACE) gene as a candidate gene,the ACE genotype was determined by polymerase chain reaction(PCR) in 417 patients with thyroid diseases(309 Graves disease,62 Hashimoto thyroiditis,46 simple goiter) and 143 normal controls. Results There was no association between thyroid diseases groups and normal controls in allels and genotypes of ACE( P >0.05).As compared with normal controls,DD DI/,DI /DD and DD/ in thyroid diseases groups showed no remarkable difference( P >0.05).The results demonstrated that the distribution of genotypes in our normal controls(DD genotype was less than DI and ) was the same as that of Japanese,but Author was different from Caucasian population. Conclusion There is no relationship between ACE gene polymorphism and thyroid diseases(Graves dieases,Hashimoto thyroiditis,simple goiter) in Chinese.
