三唑类席夫碱的绿色合成和生物活性研究

摘    要:目的 :绿色合成三唑类席夫碱并进行调节植物生长活性研究。方法:以水、乙醇为溶剂代替传统方法中采用的强碱KOH,绿色合成了17个三唑类席夫碱化合物,选取双子叶植物萝卜种子和单子叶植物小麦种子进行调节植物生长活性测试。结果:经红外光谱、质谱、磁共振氢谱与碳谱确证了17个化合物的结构;化合物4和5为新化合物。活性测试表明:化合物1~8对双子叶植物生长有明显的促进作用,化合物9~17对双子叶植物生长表现为促进或抑制作用。化合物1~17对单子叶植物生长表现为促进或抑制作用。结论:与传统合成方法相比,本研究方法具有简便、绿色、操作简单特点;合成化合物在不同浓度下均具有较强的促进或抑制植物生长作用,尤其是化合物1和8在10μg/mL时,对双子叶植物生长有明显的促进作用;化合物6和7在10μg/mL时,对单子叶植物生长有较强的促进作用;这类化合物有望开发成植物生长促进剂。

Abstract:Objective: To synthesize schiff bases bearing triazole in a green way and examine the plant-growth regulating effects of the title compounds.Methods: The compounds(1~17) were prepared in water or ethanol sovlent in place of KOH,which was used in the traditional way.Biological activity of the compounds on the vegetative growth of wheat and radish plant were evaluated.Results: All synthesized products were determined by IR,MS,1H NMR and 13C NMR spectrum.Compounds 4 and 5 were new compounds.Compounds 1~8 showed an obvious promoting effect on the growth of radish plant.Products 9~17 indicated promoting or inhibiting activities on the growth of radish plant.The synthesized products displayed promoting or inhibiting activities on the growth of wheat plant.Conclusion: Compared with the reported research,our adopted way is simple,easily handle and green.The compounds had promoting or inhibiting effect on plant in 10μg/mL or 100μg/mL.Especially,products 1 and 8 expressed clear promoting activities on the growth of radish plant in 10μg/mL;compounds 6 and 7 reflected distinct promoting activities on the growth of wheat plant in 10μg/mL.These above compounds can be developed as vegetative promoting reagents.
