进展期胃癌组织中EGFR和PI3K的表达及相关性

目的研究EGFR和PI3K表达的相关性,以及与进展期胃癌临床病理的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法检测68例进展期胃癌组织EGFR和PI3K的表达情况,并分析其与胃癌临床病理的关系。结果 EGFR表达阳性率为58.82%(40/68),与淋巴结转移、远处转移及临床TNM分期有关(P<0.05);PI3K表达阳性率为76.47%(52/68),与肿瘤浸润深度、淋巴结转移、远处转移及临床TNM分期有关(P<0.05)。EGFR和PI3K共表达率为47.22%。结论 EGFR和PI3K在进展期胃癌组织中高表达,EGFR和PI3K的表达与胃癌的侵袭、转移密切相关,PI3K的表达与EGFR显著相关。

Expression and its correlation of EGFR and PI3K in advanced gastric carcinoma tissues

Objective To detect the relationship between the expression of EGFR and PI3K in advanced gastric carcinoma and to investgate its influence on prognosis.Methods The expressions of EGFR and PI3K in tumor specimens from patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry.Results The positive expression of EGFR was detected in 40 of 68 advanced gastric carcinoma samples(58.82%) and was related to lymph node involvement,distant metastasis and clinical TNM staging relevant(P<0.05).The positive expression of PI3K was detected in 52 of 68 advanced gastric carcinoma samples(76.47%) and was related to tumor infiltration depth、lymph node metastasis、distant metastasis and clinical TNM staging relevant.(P<0.05).The co-expression rates of EGFR and PI3K was 47.22%.According to the Cox proportional hazards model,EGFR and PI3K expression were correlated with prognosis.Conclusion EGFR and PI3K are overexpressed in advanced gastric carcinoma,which is associated with the invasion and metastasis of gastric carcinoma.PI3K expression is positively correlated with EGFR expression.
