锁骨远端不稳定骨折锁定钩钢板与克氏针张力带疗效对比

目的 比较锁骨远端不稳定骨折应用锁骨钩钢板或克氏针张力带钢丝的治疗效果.方法 2006至2009年31例锁骨远端骨折患者回顾分析,104例患者划分为2组,锁骨钩钢板组64例,克氏针张力带钢丝组40例.结果 两组有相似的术后肩功能评分(P＞0.05),锁骨钩钢板组有更低的并发症,更好的返回工作和体力活动(P＜0.01).结论 锁骨钩钢板比克氏针张力带钢丝有更多的优点.

Comparison of the efficacy of hook plate versus kirschner wirefixation in the treatment of unstable fractures of the distal clavicle

Objective To compare unstable fractures of distal clavicle treated by open reduction and internal fixation with hook plates or kirschner wire fixation.Methods Since June 2006 to June 2011,with kirschner wire and clavicular hook plate fixation for treatment accompanied the 104 cases of unstable fractures of distal clavicle were retrospectively analyzed.The hook plate group included 64 patients and kirschner wire fixation group included 40 patients.Results Both groups were similar shoulder score(P>0.05)after surgery.Hook plating had a significantly lower rate of complication and better facilitated the return to work and athletic activity(P<0.01).Conclusion Unstable fractures of distal clavicle with a hook plate has more advantages than with kirschner wire fixation.
