| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜治疗自发性气胸的适应证和可行性,总结临床经验。方法我们施行腹腔镜肺大疱切除手术58例,其中电灼或结扎肺大疱基底32例,小切口辅助肺大疱切除26例。结果 58例均成功完成,无二次开胸,术后无一例复发,未出现明显术后并发症。结论腹腔镜治疗自发性气胸是可行的,而且比传统开胸手术更具优越性,适合在基层医院开展。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the feasibility of laparoscopic treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax,summarize the indications and clinical experience.Methods The resection operation of laparoscopic surgery lung big bubble for 58 cases were practiced,in which Dianzhuo or ligation of lung big bubble basal was employed for 32 cases,small incision auxiliary lung big bubble was employed for 26 patients.Results All of 58 cases were successfully completed,no secondary open-chest.Postoperative hous showed no obvious relapse and postoperative complication.Conclusion Laparoscopic trentment of spontaneous pneumothorax is feasible,and there are more advantages than traditional open-chest surgery in basic-level hospitals. |
