| 摘 要： | 难治性肾病综合征是肾综中的特殊类型。其发生多与病理类型、感染因素、激素用药不规范、高脂血症及高凝状态有关。通过对难治性肾病综合征发生原因的分析及临床治疗经验的总结，认为以标准激素疗法与医疗法相结合的中西医结合治疗本病有较好的疗效，有较大的临床推广价值。

| Abstract: | Intractable nephrotic syndrome is a special type of nephrotic syndrome. The occurence of the disease is related to patho-logical type, infective agent, nonstandard application of hormone, hy-perlipemia and hypercoagulability. Based on the analysis of eiology and the experience of clinical treatment, the authors considered that standard hormone therapy and TCM combined with western medicine possesses good curative effect for the disease, which is worthy of pop-ularization. |
