海南省2007年肺结核疫情特征分析

目的了解海南省肺结核发病水平和流行特征。方法采用“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”2007年海南省传染病疫情数据进行统计分析。结果2007年海南省共报告肺结核12007例，报告发病率为143．62／10万；报告死亡34例，死亡率为0．41／10万，病死率为0．28％。在法定传染病报告中，肺结核发病率高居第一位。与2006年相比，发病率上升2．19％，死亡率上升46．40％，病死率上升43．32％。结论海南省当前肺结核疫情较为严重，各级政府应加大投入，采取有效措施，遏制结核病疫情上升。

Analysis of prevalent features of pulmonary tuberculosis in Hainan in 2007

Objective To realize epidemiological characteristics of pulmonary tuberculosis in Hainan Province and explore the further measure. Methods Validated data from China Information System For Disease Control And Prevention in 2007 in Hainan province were statistically analyzed. Results The number of reported pulmonary tuberculosis cases was 12007, reported incidence rate was 143.62 per 100 000. 34 cases died from pulmonary tuberculosis,reported mortality rate was 0.41 per 100 000 and case fatality rate was 0.28%. The incidence of pulmonary tuberculosis ranked first among the notifiable infectious disease in 2007, the reported incidence rate, the mortality rate and case fatality rate increased 2.19% ,46.40% and 43.32% respectively than which was in 2006. Conclusion The epidemic situation of pulmonary tuberculosis is very seriously in Hainan province,government should put much capital and more human resources into controlling tuberculosis.
