咳变合剂对急、慢性气管炎的疗效与质量控制

[目的]探讨中药咳变合剂的质量控制及其治疗急性气管炎和慢性气管炎急性发作期患者的临床疗效。[方法]选择天津轻机制药机械厂DGV-C中药煎煮提取机制备咳变合剂，选择符合条件的65例患者，用该合剂治疗。[结果]连续治疗l周，急性气管炎和慢性气管炎急性发作期的症状完全缓解，末见副作用。[结论]咳变合剂不仅可缓解咳嗽变异性哮喘的症状，也能够用于急慢性气管炎的治疗，值得临床推广使用。

Therapeutic effect and quality control of Hebian Mixture on acute and chronic bronchitis

To discuss the quality control and clinical effect of Chinese medicine Kebian Mixture on acute bronchitis and the acute attack of chronic bronchitis.Decoction extractor(DGV-C)was used.Sixty-five pa-tients were treated by Kebian Mixture.After one week treatment the symptoms of acute bronchitis and the acute attack of chronic bronchitis was relieved with no side-effect.[Conclusion]Kebian Mixture can not only relieve the symp-toms of cough variant asthma,but also treat acute and chronic bronchitis.It is worth being used clinically.
