| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨X染色体对人类卵巢发育及功能影响的遗传学效应。方法]对28例X染色体数目或结构异常的原发闭经、继发闭经和不规则闭经患者进行分析，同时进行性激素水平检测。结果]X染色体数目异常17例；结构畸变11例。45，X0患者，促卵泡激素FSH和黄体生成素LH高于正常值，t值分别为19．565、19．901，P值均为0．000；且高于其他数目异常个体(FSH)、(LH)水平，t值分别为4．531、3．478，P值为0．012、0．013。结论]X染色体数目异常或结构畸变，是造成卵巢发育和功能障碍的主要因素。

| Abstract: | To probe into the genetic effect of chromosome X on the development and function of human o-vary.Twenty-eight patients with primary or secondary or irregular amenorrhea due to numerical or struc-tural abnormity of chromosome were analyzed.Their sex hormone was detected simultaneously.Seventeen cas-es belong to numerical abnormity and11cases to structural abnormity.FSH and LH in cases with45,X0were higher than in healthy persont=19.565(FSH),t=19.091(LH),P=0.000(FSH,LH)].They also higher than in other patients with numerical abnormityt=4.531,P=0.012(FSH);t=3.478,P=0.013(LH)].Conclusion]Numerical or structural abnormity of chromosome X are the main causes of disturbance of ovary development and function. |
