| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大剂量维生素B6与苯巴比妥的相互作用。方法:分析两例新生儿合并使用大剂量维生素B6后其苯巴比妥血药浓度代谢速度与群体药动学参数的差异。结果:患者苯巴比妥血药浓度代谢速度较群体代谢速度快近一倍。结论:大剂量维生素B6可加快苯巴比妥的代谢速度。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the interactions between pyridoxine and phenobarbital. Method: The pharmacokinetics of phenobarbital in two newborn infant during administrating large dosage of pyridoxine were compared with the population pharmacokinetics. Results:The metabolic rate of phenobarbital in the two patients were almost as twice as that of the population. Conclusion:Large dosage of pyridoxine accelarate the metabolic rate of phenobarbital. |
