颅骨钻孔穿刺血肿溶解引流术治疗高血压脑出血30例报告

目的 探讨高血压脑出血的微侵袭手术方式和手术时机及优点。方法 采用CT定位，颅骨钻孔穿刺置管抽吸，注入尿激酶，使血肿溶解引流。治疗30例，并与对照组30例比较、结果治疗组不仅显降低了死亡率，而且明显改善了病人的生存质量，并与对照组30例比较，有显性差异(P<0.01)、结论此术式创伤小，优点多，简便易行，便于神经内外科医师掌握，值得推广。

Report of 30 Patients with Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Being Operated by Drilling Hole on Cranium and Centing to Solve and Draw the Hematoma out

Objective To study the minute injure way of the operation on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients, the opportunity and the advantages of the operation. Methods The place on cranium was set according to CT,drilling hole on cranium and centing to inject urokinase to make the hematoma solved and drawn out.We operated 30 patients this way, and compared with 30 patients of the control group. Results The mortality rate of these patients operated this way decreased greatly,and the patients' life quality was improved clearly. There was an obvious difference compared with the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion This operation has a minute injure and a great number of advantages. It is simple and convenient for neurosurgeon and neurologist to master and worth popularizing.
