标准冠内固位体在口腔固定修复领域中的应用

目的探讨标准冠内固位体在口腔修复领域中的应用。方法用荷兰生产的特制钻头在缺牙两侧基牙的近远中面钻孔。将成品专用钛合金冠内固位体用羧酸水门汀粘接在基牙的邻面上，制取精确印模，灌制带有专用固位体代型的超硬石膏工作模型，铸造抗力桥架并在抗力桥架上烤瓷人造牙制作固定桥，或用于固位条件不良的全冠、桩冠、种植义齿等的辅助固位，最后用高强度粘接剂粘接固定。结果自2000年11月以来共制作l髓例各类固定修复体(男71例、女117例)，其中无冠式固定桥98例，配合全冠制作的固定桥62例，桩冠20例，人工种植牙l例，全冠7例。因适应证选择不当或不规范操作造成在20个月内共6例无冠式固定桥发生松动脱落。结论此种修复方法具有磨牙少、痛苦小、省时简便等优点，同时也可用于固位不良的全冠、桩冠等的辅助固位。是目前固定修复方法中的微创修复技术，在一定范围内具有应用价值。

The Application of Standard Inter-crown Retainer in the Territory of Fixed Restoration

Objective To discuss the application of standard inter crown retainer in the territory of fixed restoration.Methods At first,prepared anchor channels in the proximal surface of the abutments with the special burrs made in Holland.Then cemented the standard inter crown retainer in the channels,made accurate impression and poured a functional model with anchor analogues on,waxed the framework and cast the steel bridge.At last,made and cemented the porcelain restoration.Also,this inter crown retainer could be used to strengthen those full crowns,post crowns,implant supported crowns which didn't have good retention. Results One hundred and eighty eight patients were given fixed restoration of all kinds with the inter crown retainer from Nov.2000(71 males,117 females).Among these fixed restorations,there were 98 crownless bridge works and 62 crown fixed bridge,20 post crown,1 implant supported crown,7 full crowns,6 crownless bridge works in all loosed and dropped in 20 months for unsuitable case or operation.Conclusions This method has many advantages,less grinding of abutments,less pain,less time,etc.At the same time,the inter crown retainer can be used to strengthen full crown,post crown,etc.In all,this method is a micro injury technique which has corresponding value.
