决明子降脂保肝胶囊的CO2超临界萃取工艺研究

摘    要:目的研究CO2超临界萃取决明子降脂保肝胶囊中有效成分之一的蒽醌类化学物质的最佳工艺条件,考察各工艺参数对蒽醌类化学物质的影响。方法以决明子降脂保肝胶囊中蒽醌类化学物质的含量为主要指标,采用L(3)4正交设计优选CO2超临界萃取的蒽醌类化学物质最佳工艺条件。结果CO2超临界萃取温度、萃取压力及萃取次数均对蒽醌类化学物质有较大影响,以萃取温度为60℃,萃取压力为60mPa,萃取2次,每次1.5h时,蒽醌类化学物质的萃取最佳。结论CO2超临界萃取可用于决明子降脂保肝胶囊的生产,且工艺条件简单、稳定、可行。

Abstract:Objective To study the optimum CO2 supercritical technological conditions of extraction from Cassia seed Jiangzhi Baog an capsule and investigate the impacts of every technological parameter.Methods extraction content in extract were taken as the main inde xes. L (3) 4orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the technological conditions of supercritical CO2 extraction. Results CO2 supercr itical extraction temperature, the extraction pressure and extraction times had greatly influenced the extraction.At the extraction temperature of 60℃, the extraction pressure of 40 MPa and 2 times of extraction.once every 1.Sho Conclusion CO2 supercritical extraction can be u sed for the extraction of active ingredient, The technological conditions are simple, stable and feasible.
