| 摘 要： | 目的观察心理干预对脑卒中患者康复的影响。方法将康复措施相同的脑卒中患者随机分为心理干预组和对照组，于试验前和试验后满6～8周时分别用量表测试以评定效果。结果脑卒中患者在常规药物治疗和康复训练的基础上进行心理干预可获得更好的康复效果。结论脑卒中康复治疗中应重视和加强心理干预。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe effect in rehabilitation with psychic interference for patients with stroke. Method Stroke patients with same rehabilitation measures were randomly divided into psychic interferential group and control group, before and 6 - 8 weeks after test to estimate the efficacy with measurement table. Results Stroke patients based on routine drug therapy and conditioning can get better effect for rehabilitation. Conclusion As stroke treated with rehabilitation, psychic interference should be enhanced. |
