先天性心脏病合并冠状静脉窦异常的超声诊断价值

目的探讨超声心动图对CS异常的诊断价值。方法在常规超声心动图检查的基础上,注意胸骨旁左室长轴切面左房室沟处是否有CS的扩张,对有CS扩张的患者,注重进行CS长轴及胸骨上窝的探查。结果19例患者CS扩张,内径9 mm￣36 mm,按照CS引流的血管不同分为2组,引流肺静脉组4例,引流左上腔静脉组15例。结论通过对CS异常的形态改变和血流动力学变化进行分析,可作出正确的超声心动图诊断。建议将CS长轴切面作为先天性心脏病患者常规扫查切面。

Echocardiographic diagnostic value on congenital heart disease with coronary sinus malformations

Objective To evaluate the clinical utility of echocardiography in the diagnosis of congenital heart disease with coronary sinus （CS） malformations. Methods With the base of usual echocardiography, pay attention to if there was CS dilation at left atrioventricular sinus from parastemal long axis view of left ventricular. To the patients of CS dilation, we detected CS long axis and the suprastemal. Results 19 cases were CS dilation. The CS diameters were 9 mm-36 mm. They were divided into 2 groups according to the difference of CS drain blood vessel,4 eases pulmonary vein and 15 cases left superior vena cava. Conclusion According to the deformation of CS and haemodynamics , correct uhrasoundcardiogram diagnose for congenital heart disease with Coronary Sinus malformations can be achieved. Making the CS long axis view as usual view in the congenital heart disease patients is suggested.
