颈部动脉瘤的诊断和外科治疗

我院于１９８４年－１９９５年共收治２３例颈部动脉瘤，其中２２例为颈部动脉瘤，１例为椎动脉瘤。其中１１例做大隐静脉移植术，１例人工血管间置，２例动脉修衬术，４例动脉端端吻合术，１例动脉瘤缩缝加人工血管包裹术，１例单纯动脉瘤缩缝，１例结扎椎动脉，２例未手术。

Diagnosis and treatment of aneurysms in Nect

From 1984 to 1995, 23 cases of aneurysms in neck were treated in our hospital,including 22 cases of carotid aneurysms and 1 case of vertebral aneurysm. Operative methods used as follows:Great saphenous vein graft bypass in 12, artificial vessel bypass in 1, artery repair in 2, carotid artery end to end ansstomosis in 4, endoaneurysmorrhaphy with encapsulation in 1, endoaneurysmorrhaphy in 1, ligating involved vertebral artery in 1, no operation in 2, After operation all cases had no morbidity and mortality, except 1 case had Horner syndrome and defects of facial nerve and superior laryngeal nerve. The diagnosis and operative methods of carotid and vertebral aneurysm, including reconstrcution of carotid artery without hypothemis and shunt, were discussed.
