| 摘 要： | 目的探讨气管切口换药的最佳方法。方法将78例气管切口患者随机分为传统组与试验组各39例,传统组换药法按常规消毒后,将无菌干纱布块剪成"E"字形,以气管套管为中心,将无菌纱布上下交错覆盖切口,用胶布固定;试验组消毒同传统组消毒方法,消毒后用引流专用无菌敷贴,以气管套管为中心由左至右(或由右至左),将敷贴固定于切口处,抚平敷贴。结果试验组患者的切口周围皮肤菌落数显著低于传统组(P0.01);试验组切口局部情况优于传统组,并且每周换药成本较传统组降低了47.86%,节省了操作时间82 h。结论试验组换药法是一种简便、有效的方法,降低了成本,简化了操作程序,减轻了护士的工作量,提高了患者的满意度,临床实用性强。
