社区综合干预高血压病的效果分析

目的 观察与分析科南社区综合干预高血压病的效果。方法 2000-2004年间采用综合干预防治措施及健康促进活动，对科南小区800名15岁以上居民采用随机抽样方法入户进行危险因素及高血压知识知晓情况调查对比及148名高血压管理患者。在按医嘱服用药物的同时，采取非药物治疗控制高血压病的情况对比。结果调查表明2004年较2000年小区居民在监测血压、合理饮食、合理运动等健康行为及相关知识知晓情况方面显著提高，管理的148名患者健康行为及血压控制情况显著改善。结论 综合干预及健康促进在高血压病防治工作中起着至关重要的作用。

Effects Analysis of Comprehensive Interventions to Hypertention In Kenan Community Healthcare Center

Objective To observe and analysis the effects of comprehenxive interventions to hypertention in communtity heahhcare center. Methods The awareness rate of risk factors and knowledge about hypertention of the pubilic was collected through a survey of 800 residents at the age of over 15 randomly selected in the Kenan Community during.2000 and2004.The effects of non- herbal managements of 148 hypertention patients with regular medical regimen dining thesame period was also collected for analysis. Results Data shows that , upon comprehensive intervention, public awareness of healthy behavior such as blood pressure inspection, proper diet, exercise etc. and the relevant knowledge about hypertention increased significantly in 2004 than that in 2000.The hypertention in the 148 patients was also managed in the way much better in 2004 than that in 2000. Conclusion Comprehensive interventions including health education play an improtant role in the management and treatment of hypertention.
