| 摘 要： | 目的探讨存活素（Survivin）、环氧化酶-2（COX-2）和肿瘤增殖活性指数（Ki-67）在人膀胱移行细胞癌（BTCC）中的表达及其临床意义。方法采用S-P免疫组化技术分别研究40例膀胱移行细胞癌和10例正常膀胱组织标本中Survivin、COX-2和Ki-67的表达,探讨其表达水平与患者各临床病理参数之间的关系。结果 Survivin、COX-2和Ki-67基因在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达与正常膀胱黏膜比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。不同临床分期和病理分级间Survivin、COX-2和Ki-67表达的差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 Survivin、COX-2和Ki-67的高表达或两者共同高表达均提示膀胱移行细胞癌预后不良,可作为膀胱移行细胞癌预后指标。
