非小细胞肺癌完全电视胸腔镜手术35例临床分析

目的探讨完全电视胸腔镜在肺癌根治术中的应用。方法选取我院2008年6月至2010年7月收治的35例肺癌患者,所选取病例均采取电视胸腔镜肺癌根治术,统计手术时间、术中出血量、胸内淋巴结清扫数等资料。结果手术时间为120-360min,平均200min;术中出血量为50-350ml,平均110ml;胸腔引流置管时间为3-5d,平均3.8d;术后发生各种心率失常2例（6%）;术后疼痛评分为（3.1±1.3）分;每例术中清除淋巴结3-8组,平均4.6组;切除淋巴结12-26枚,平均16枚,共560枚。结论电视胸腔镜可以完成同质量的系统性胸内淋巴结清扫,并能规范的完成肺癌根治术,并且符合快速康复外科的理念。

Video-assisted thoracic surgery in treating non-small cell lung cancer (35 cases be reported)

Objective To investigate the application of video-assisted thoracic surgery in treating non-small cell lung cancer.Methods From June 2008 to July 2010,35 patients with non-small cell lung cancer underwent completely video-assisted thoracic surgery with systematic thoracic lymphadenectomy.The operative duration,intraoperative blood loss,chest drainage time,the total number and average of dissected lymph nodes were recorded.Results The operative duration was from 120 to 360 minutes and the average was 200 minutes.The intraoperative blood loss was from 50 ml to 350 ml and the average was 110 ml.The chest drainage time was from 3 to 5 days and the average was 3.8 days.The dissected lymph nodes were from 3 to 8 groups and the average were 4.6 groups.There were 2 cases occured arrhythmia cordis.In all 53 cases 560 lymph nodes were dissected.The average of dissected lymph nodes was 16.Conclusion Video-assisted thoracic surgery can fulfill the same quality of lymphadenectomy and lung cancer radical resection,also meet the idea of fast track surgery.
