西藏拉萨2009年度住院患者抗菌药物使用情况调查

目的:了解西藏拉萨住院患者抗菌药物使用情况,为临床合理使用抗菌药提供参考。方法:随机抽取拉萨某医院2009年度住院患者病历300份,对其抗菌药物的使用频率、使用疗程、种类、剂量、适应证以及抗菌药物使用科室分布等指标进行统计分析。结果:该院抗菌药物的总使用率为96%,抗菌药物涉及7类38种,其中使用率最高的为青霉素类。临床各科室抗菌药物使用率均超过85%,其中外科和儿科高达100%,干部病房使用率最低为86%;静脉给药达92.4%,口服给药仅为0.7%。结论:拉萨住院患者抗菌药物使用总体上合理,但仍存在一些不合理使用抗菌药物的现象,与《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》中的要求还有一定的差距,需进一步加强管理以促进抗菌药物的合理使用。

The Survey of hospitalized patients with the use of antibacterial agents

Objective:To know the people in Lhasa hospital patients,antimicrobial use provide reference for clinical rational drug use.Methods:Lhasa people’s hospital randomly hospitalized 300 a year 2009,the use of antibacterial agents use frequency,duration,variety,dose,indications and antimicrobial drug use,such as distribution of indexes section statistical analysis.Results:the total utilised for 96% antimicrobial antimicrobial varieties,involving seven categories 38 species,including use of the highest frequency for penicillin.Clinical each department the usage of antibiotics and surgical most 31.1%,at least 6% cadre of ward.Conclusion:the state ministry of the hospital infection control criterions antimicrobial usage in hospital to put less than 50 % goal1].The people in Lhasa annual inpatient hospital 09,antimicrobial use amount is lower than the national standard,although declined,but not very ideal.Individual varieties remain/unreasonable excessive,drug treatment for a long time,still need to further strengthen management,to promote the rational use of antimicrobial drugs.
