生脉清心解毒汤联合西药治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎123例

目的:探讨生脉清心解毒汤联合西药治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎的临床疗效。方法:123例病毒性心肌炎患儿根据其治疗方案将其分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组65例采用生脉清心解毒汤联合西药常规疗法治疗,对照组58例单纯采用西医常规疗法治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.8%,对照组总有效率为74.1%,与对照组相比较,治疗组总有效率、ECG以及心肌酶CK-MB变化等方面都优于对照组,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:生脉清心解毒汤联合西药治疗小儿病毒性心肌炎疗效优于单纯西医常规疗法。

Shengmai Qingxin Decoction Combined with Western Medicine Treatment of 123 Cases of Viral Myocarditis

Objective:To observe the therapeutic efect of Shengmai Qingxin decoction combined with routine wstem medicine on viral myocarditis.Methods:123 patients with viral myoeardifis were randomLy classified into two groups.65 patients treatment group were treated with Shengmai Qingxin decoction combined with routine weslem medicine;58 patientsin control group were treated only by routine western medicine.Results:The total efect was 93.8% in treatment group,whereas which 74.1% in control gmup.All the results of ECG,and cadiac muscle enzym e CK-MB disappearance were better in treatment group than in control group.There was significant diferrence betweentwo groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of Shengmai Qingxin decoction combined with routine westem medicine on viral mycearditis is better than that of routine wstem medicine treatment.
