摘    要:目的:采用高效毛细管电泳快速分离芦丁、槲皮素、山奈酚、木犀草素4种黄酮类化合物,探讨缓冲溶液的种类、pH值、浓度、分离电压、进样时间对分离结果影响。方法:在254nm的检测波长下,找到最佳分离条件:pH值为9.0,缓冲溶液为浓度0.04mol.L-1,Na2B4O7溶液,分离电压为18kV,进样20s。结果:4种物质可以在7min内得到了良好的分离。结论:该方法快速、准确、重现性好,用于中药菟丝子和珍菊降压片中黄酮类化合物成分检测,结果令人满意。

Abstract:A high performance capillary electrophoresis method was developed for the simultaneous determination of four normal flavonoids: rutin,luteolin,kaempferol and quercetin.Separation efficiency was investigated under different electrophoresis conditions,including the buffer system,buffer concentration and pH,separation voltage,and sampling time.At the detection wavelength of 254 nm,the electrophoresis parameters were optimized as follows: the buffer of 0.04mol·L-1 Na2B4O7 solution with pH 9.0,the separation voltage of 18 kV and the sampling time of 20 s.The separation was successfully achieved for the four normal flavonoids in 7 minutes.The method is rapid,accurate and reproducible.It is a better way for quality control of Cuscuta Chinensis Lam and Zhenjujiangya tablets.
