乳腺癌患者免疫指标的检测及意义

目的:检测乳腺癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群的水平,探讨患者机体免疫状况。方法:采用流式细胞术检测乳癌患者外周血中CD3、CD4、CD8、NK细胞及CD4/CD8的比值变化。结果:(1)Ⅰ期乳癌患者T淋巴细胞亚群与对照组无明显差异,Ⅱ、Ⅲ期乳癌患者血CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8均低于Ⅰ期,CD8百分率显著高于Ⅰ期(P<0.05)。(2)腋窝淋巴结转移组(L+)中CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK细胞显著低于腋窝淋巴结无转移组(L-),而CD8百分率L+组显著高于组L-(P<0.05)。结论:乳癌患者外周血T细胞亚群的检测是判断其临床分期、预后以及机体免疫功能的重要参考指标。

Detection and Significance of the Immune Parameters in Breast Cancer Patients

Objective:Patients with Breast Cancer T-lymphocyte subsets level,into the patients’ immune status.Methods:CD3、CD4、CD8、NK cells and CD4/CD8 ratio changes by flow cytometry in peripheral blood of breast cancer patients.Results:(1) I of breast cancer patients with T-lymphocyte subsets in the control group no significant difference,II,III of breast cancer in patients with CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 were lower than in stage Ⅰ,of CD8 percentage was significantly higher than Ⅰ(P<0.05).(2) axillary lymph node metastasis group(L+),CD3、CD4、CD4/CD8、NK cells were significantly lower than axillary lymph node metastasis group(L-) and CD8 percentage L+ group was significantly higher than in group L-(P<0.05).Conclusion:the detection of breast cancer patients with peripheral blood T cell subsets in an important index to determine the clinical stage,prognosis and immune function.
