| 摘 要： | 目的:建立伤科筋骨水中盐酸小檗碱的含量测定方法。方法:色谱条件:Eclipse XDBC18柱(46mm×150mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(55:45)(每1L水中含5.4g磷酸二氢钾,3.4g十二烷基硫酸钠);检测波长:345nm;柱温:室温。结果:盐酸小檗碱进样量在0.0384～0.384μg/mL范围内相应峰面积和进样量呈良好线性关系(r=0.9999)。平均回收率为99.41%,RSD为1.51%。结论:该方法简便、准确,可用于伤科筋骨水中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Shangkejingushui. Methods：Chromatographic condition： Eclipse XDBC18 柱 （46mm × 150 mm, 5um） ; Mobile Phase： acetonitrile： water（55 ： 45） （ Each 1000mL contains 5.4g of potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 3.4g sodi um lauryl sulfate） ; detection wavelength： 345nm ; column temperature： room temperature. Results： he rangeof berberine hydrochloride was 0. 0384-0. 384 ug/mL where the sample sizes in good linear relationship with peak areas（r= 0. 9999）. The average recovery reached 99. 41% , RSD at 1. 51%. Conclusion： The established method is simple, accurate, thus can he applied to the determination of berberine in Shangkejingushui. |
