| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨甲氧苄氨嘧啶对小儿止泻灌肠液抗菌增效作用。方法:采用琼脂稀释法对体内小鼠保护作用进行抗菌作用研究。结果:小儿止泻灌肠液与甲氧苄氨嘧啶配伍,对实验所用5种细菌均有增效作用,对体内小鼠保护作用也明显增强。结论:甲氧苄氨嘧啶对小儿止泻灌肠液具增效作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the antibaeterial effect of Xiaoer zhi-xie Enema combined with trimethoprim(TMP).Methods:The agar dilution method and rat mortality were adopted to compare the antibaeterial effects between Xiaoer zhi-xie Enema and Xiaoer zhi-xie Enema Plus TMP.Results:The result showed that TMP had a synergistic antibaeterial effect with Xiaoer zhi-xie Enema on 5 kinds of germs,and had a synergistic effect on decreasing mortality.Conclusions:TMP posses synergistic effect on Xiaoer zhi-xie Enema |
