| 摘 要： | 目的:优选复方丹参软胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法:以浸膏得率和丹参素含量为指标,用高效液相色谱测定,采用L9(34)正交试验法优选提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为每次加水10倍,煎煮3次,1.5h/次。结论:优选的复方丹参软胶囊提取工艺稳定、可行,提取率高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study on optimizing decocting extraction for Compound Salvia Softgel by orthogonal design method.Methods:To optimize the decocting extraction with L9(34) orthogonal test,the yields of extracts,the content of the danshensu were used as evaluating criteria,They was determined by HPLC.Results:The optimal condition was 10 folds amount of water,3 times,1.5 hours each time.Conclusion:The optimized extractive technology is stable and efficient with high yields. |
