感染根管一次性根管治疗的短期疗效观察

目的:探讨一次性根管治疗感染根管的短期临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的60例不可复性牙髓炎牙髓坏死及慢性根尖周炎的单根管患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,对照组患者采用两次性根管治疗,治疗组患者采用一次治疗内完成根管预备及根管填充。比较两组患者的临床疗效及患者疼痛情况。结果:治疗组患者术后疼痛轻,疗效与对照组比较无明显差异。结论:应用一次性根管治疗根管感染,能减轻患者的痛苦,与多次治疗疗效无明显差异,值得在临床推广。

Infections Root Canal One-time Root Canal Therapy Short-term Curative Effects

Objective:Explore one-time a root canal infection root canal short-term clinical curative effect.Methods:Select the 60 cases were not our resilience pulpitis pulp necrosis and chronic was the single pipe perisplenitis patients,divided into the treatment group and control group,each 30 cases and control were treated by two sex root canal therapy,the treatment group were treated by a finish root canal therapy preparation and root tube filling.Compared with two groups of patients with clinical efficacy and pain patients.Results:The postoperative pain light treatment group,and the results were compared with no obvious difference.Conclusion:Application one-time a root canal root canal infection,can alleviate the pain of patients,and many times the curative effect obvious difference,worth in clinical promotion.
