附子和硫磺及其配伍对腺嘌呤所致慢性肾衰小鼠肾功能影响分析

目的:研究附子和硫磺及其配伍干姜对腺嘌呤所致小鼠慢性肾衰的疗效。方法:将雄性小鼠随机分为对照组(C)、模型组(M)、硫磺附子组(SF)、附子干姜组(FG)和硫磺附子干姜组(SFG)。后4组小鼠隔天灌胃给予腺嘌呤持续4周,给药组从第2周起灌胃给予相应药物即硫磺、附子和附子干姜水煎剂。记录小鼠一般情况,测定小鼠血清肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)、肾组织谷胱甘肽(GSH)、γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)、丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:SF组、FG组和SFG组小鼠生化指标有一定改善,血清肌酐、尿素氮降低,肾组织GSH降低,MDA和γ-GT升高,其中SFG组小鼠各指标最接近于对照组。结论:附子和硫磺配伍干姜后对腺嘌呤所致慢性肾衰小鼠肾功能有显著改善作用。

The Effects of Fuzi and Sulfur on Renal Function of Mice with Chronic Renal Failure Induced by Adenine

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effects of Fuzi.sulfur plus dried ginger on chronic renal failure in mice. Methods： Male ICR mice were randomLy divided into 5 groups（C, M, SF,FG and SFG ）. The mice in control and the other groups were given distilled water and adenine by intragastric administration. The mice in SF,FG and SFG group were given the corresponding extracts once daily. The general condition of the mice were observed and the contents of BUN and Cr were determined. The kidneys were homogenated for measuring GSH. MDA 和 γ-GT. Results： Compared with model, the biochemical indicators of mice in SF, FG and SFG group were improved,with kidney index,the blood Cr and BUN reduced;GSH in the nephridial tissue was reduced,while γ -GT and MDA were raised respectively. Conclusion： SFG group their indicators were the closest to the normal control group, showing a more significant role in improvement of renal function.
