| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胃贲门癌全胃切除术后行生理结构性空肠代胃术的特点。方法回顾性分析比较17 a来胃贲门癌行全胃切除术后3种不同的空肠代胃术即襻式Braun’s吻合、Roux-en-Y吻合、生理结构性空肠代胃术(Tomoda-C)的术后并发症。结果Tomoda-C在预防倾倒综合征、Roux潴留综合征,抗脂泻、抗反流,防止血清蛋白、体质量、血红蛋白下降等方面效果优良。结论Tomoda-C可保护患者消化功能,维持正常生理结构,值得进一步研究推广。

| Abstract: | Objective It is to discuss the character of physiologic structure jejunum reconstruction after total gastrectomy for carcinoma of gastric cardia.Methods Post-operative complications of three kinds of jejunum reconstruction including Braun's inosculans,Roux-en-Y inosculans and physiological structure esophagojejunostomy(Tomoda-C) after 17 years ago were retrospectively analyzed and compared.Results Tomoda-C had a better preventing effect on tumble syndromes,Roux retention syndromes,steatorrhea,regurgitation and decreasing of serum protein,body weight and hemoglion.Conclusion Tomoda-C can protect the digestive function and maintain the normal physiological structure of the patients,so it is worth to use and study more in clinic. |
