| 摘 要： | 腹腔注射毛细辛挥发油，可抑制大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成，使机体内的必需微量元素铜、锌分布发生改变。宁夏产毛细辛挥发油使大鼠血清锌浓度显著降低，血清铜显著升高，铜／锌比值升高，而肝组织有锌明显增大，肝铜下降，肝中铜／锌比值显著下降。

| Abstract: | Intraperitoneal injection of the essential oil of Asarum himalaicum and A. heterotropides Var. mandshuricum may inhibir the proliferation of granuloma induced by implantation of cotton pellest in rats , and change the distribution of cop-per and zinc which are necessary trace ele-ments in rats,These two Rinds of oil may also reduce serum concentration of zinc while increase that of coppr , and they may also eleuate theaccumulation of zinc while reduce thecontent of copper in liuer. The oil of Asarum himalaicum collected from Ningxia Region acred stronger effects. |
