知母皂苷的降脂及抗动脉粥样硬化作用

摘    要:目的探讨知母皂苷对实验性高脂血症鹌鹑的降脂及抗动脉粥样硬化作用。方法采用高脂饲料喂养鹌鹑建立高脂血症和动脉粥样硬化模型。知母皂苷连续灌胃给药2周,测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)和高密度脂蛋白(HDL)含量,计算HDL/TC比值;取主动脉,观察动脉斑块面积并进行病理学检查。结果知母皂苷可明显降低血清TC、TG、LDL、HDL含量,提高HDL/TC比值,缩小斑块面积,减轻动脉粥样硬化程度。结论知母皂苷对鹌鹑实验性高脂血症及动脉粥样硬化具有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of saponins from Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bunge (SAaB) on lowering serum lipid and anti-atherosclerosis in hyperlipemia quails. Methods The hyperlipemia atherosclerosis (As) models of quails were established by high-fat diet.Gastric perfusion of SAaB for two weeks,the content of total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein(LDL) and high density lipoprotein(HDL) in serum and the ratio of HDL /TC were determined,the extent of aortic atherosclerosis was observed and the pathological examination was done. Results The concentration of TC,TG,LDL in serum decreased markedly,the ratio of HDL/TC increased remarkably,the extent of aortic atherosclerosis and the atherosclerotic lesion lightened obviously. Conclusion SAaB can effectively decrease the serum lipid and prevent the formation of atherosclerosis.
