住院脑卒中患者照顾者负担情况及其影响因素的调查

目的调查住院脑卒中患者主要照顾者负担情况并分析其影响因素。方法用自设问卷调查医院内患者及其主要照顾者各100例。问卷包括患者一般资料、Barthel指数评分表，主要照顾者一般资料、支持系统来源、负担情况和对康复护理知识掌握情况。结果主要照顾者的社会负担明显高于生理负担，生理负担明显高于心理负担，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；家属承受的总负担高于护工，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），家属与护工之间有明显差异（P〈0．01）；护工的支持系统明显低于家属的支持系统（P〈0．01）；家属与护工在康复护理知识方面差别无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；患者住院次数越多，照顾者所承受的负担越重（P〈0．05）；照顾者年龄越大，心理负担明显加重（P〈0．01）；患者日常生活能力评分中Barthel指数越高，照顾者所承受的社会负担明显减轻（P〈0．01）。结论应重视医院内脑卒中患者主要照顾者所承受的负担，特别是家属所承受的心理负担；加强健康宣教，提高照顾者康复护理知识水平，加强照顾者的支持系统，以减轻照顾者负担，促进患者早日康复。

Investigations on Contributing Factors to Strain Level of Main Caregivers for In-hospital Stroke Patients
