| 摘 要： | 本文对10例男性Ⅰ型糖尿病患者在酮症(DK)治疗前后的血糖、血浆胰升糖素(GG)、ACTH、血清皮质醇(F)、生长激素(GH)、泌乳素(PRL)、促甲状腺素(TSH)、T_3、T_4、尿儿茶酚胺(CA)和尿VMA等的变化进行了对比观察。结果显示:在DK状态时,血GG、ACTH、F和尿CA明显升高;DK消失后,则恢复正常。其余激素水平变化不大。提示胰岛素缺乏,GG、ACTH、F、CA升高在DK的发病机理中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | The concentration of plasma glucose, glucagon (GG), ACTH, cortisol (F), growth hormone (GH), prolactin (PRL), TSH, T3, T4, urinary catechola'mine (CA) and 3-methoxy-4-hydroxymandelic acid (VMA) were measured during the period of diabetic ketosis and 10 days after correction of ketosis in 10 male patients with type I diabetes (IDDM). It was showed that the levels of plasma GG, ACTH, F, and urinary CA were remarkably increased during the ketosis (P<0.05, P<0.01) and all returned to normal level after correction of ketosis. The rest of the hormones were not changed very much. The results suggested that deficiency of insulin and elevation of plasma GG, ACTH, F and urinary CA might play an important role in pathogcnesis of the diabetic ketosis. |
