| 摘 要： | 对历代重要医籍中对大肠癌相关病证的论述及近二十年来中医防治大肠癌文献进行整理 ,从病因病机和防治方药两方面进行对比研究 ,考查其异同。建立古今大肠癌防治方药数据库 ,分析用药规律 ,并作对比分析。认为古今用药各有侧重 ,用药规律的变化值得临床工作者深入研究。提出中医防治大肠癌的基本思路 ,认为温下法是防治大肠癌的有效思路和方法 ,现代临床不可偏废之。

| Abstract: | The article which is based on classical Chinese medicine books,expounded the laws of preventing and treating the disease about carcinoma of the colon and the characters in each epoch.From the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,the formula and medicine of preventing and treating the disease were studied to explain the law of the scientific developing.With the aim of showing some useful references for prevention and treatment of carcinoma of the colon and rectum,two databases of the formulas and medicine were founded.The frequency of herbs was analyzed with statistic method.Besides this,the most frequently used herbs were selected too.Compared the two database,the same and the difference between the two were studied,and the reasons for these were explained too. |
