还原型谷胱甘肽联合洛汀新对早期糖尿病肾病的疗效观察

目的观察还原型谷胱甘肽联合洛汀新治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选择符合1999年WHO诊断2型糖尿病的标准及Mogensen诊断分期标准的早期糖尿病肾病患者62例,分为两组洛汀新治疗组及还原型谷胱甘肽联合洛汀新治疗组。用药3个月后检测血压(BP)、血脂、微量白蛋白尿(UAER)、血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、糖化血红蛋白(GHbAl)及尿β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)的变化,了解还原型谷胱甘肽对肾脏的保护作用。结果两组治疗后均对BP、血脂、UAER、CRP、糖化血红蛋白及尿β2微球蛋白有明显改善,P<0.05,还原型谷胱甘肽联合洛汀新治疗组在微量白蛋白尿、CRP、GHbAl及β2-MG方面作用更显著,两组差异有显著性P<0.05,治疗前后SCr、BUN均在正常范围内。结论还原型谷胱甘肽联合洛汀新能通过减少UAER、CRO、GHbAl、β2-MG水平,延缓糖尿病肾病的进展。

The therapeutic effects of combined use of GSH and lotensin on early diabetic nephropathy

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of combined use of glutathione hormone(GSH) and lotensin on early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:Sixty two patients with early DN were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=30) was treated with Lotensin and conventional therapy for diabetes and diet control method,while the treatment group(n=32) was treated with GSH combined with Lotensin additionally.The levels of urinary album in excretionrate(UAER),the serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),blood lipids,blood pressure(BP),C-reactive protein(CRP),glycosylated hemoglobin(GHbAl),urinary β2 microglobulin(β2-MG) after 3 months.Results:Either treatment of combined GSH with Lotensin or independent Lotensin,the level of UAER,blood lipids,BP,CRP,GHbAL and urinary β2-MG were significantly decreased compared to those before therapy(P<0.05),and the effects in the treatment group of combined GSH with Lotensin were superior to those of the control group of independent Lotensin in UAER,CRP,GHbA1 and urinary β2-MG.Conclusion:The treatment of combined use of GSH and Lotensin for patients with early DN can significantly decrease the level of UAER,CRP,GHbA1 and urinary β2-MG,ameliorate renal injury,and improve renal function.
