老年妇女妇科手术86例临床分析

目的：探讨老年妇科疾病的临床特征，掌握老年妇女的生理，病理特点及围手术期处理的具体措施。方法：对86例60岁以上的妇科手术患者进行了回顾性统计分析。结果：资料显示老年妇女术前合并症以心血管系统的疾病最常见。占46．5％，其中高血压据首位，占33．7％，老年妇科手术疾病中以卵巢良、恶性肿瘤最多，占50％，良，恶性肿瘤约为2：1，宫体疾患占25．6％，其中子宫脱垂占同期手术的18％，宫颈疾患占16．3％，其中宫颈癌占同期手术的20．5％，86例手术患均安全渡安围手术期，结论：对老年妇科疾患，只要手术选择适宜，术前准备充分，术中，术后加强监护，患者是可以安全渡过围手术期的。

GYNECOLOGICAL OPERATION OF CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF 86 SENILE WOMEN

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of senile gynecological diseases,the physiological and pathological features of senile women and the concrete peripheral treatment measures.Methods Retrospective statistical analyses of gynecological operative treatments were made among 86 cases aged orer 60.Results The statistics showed that the diseases of cardivascular system was the most common preoplerative complication of senile women,accounting for 46.5% of all the complications,and of the cardiovascular diseases,hypertension was the most common one,accounting 33.7% 50% of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.The ratio of benign tumors and malignant tumors was 2:1.The diseases of uterine body accounted for 25.6% and the operations of hysteroptoses accounted for 18% of the homochronous operations.The cerical diseases and the homochronous operations of cervical cancers of them accounted for 16.3% and 20.5% respectively.All these patients survived their peripheral operation periods.Conclusion Senile gynecological patients can survive peripheral operation if proper operatons are chosen,preoperative preparations are made and intraoperative and postoperative management are well done.
