男性急性脑梗塞患者溶栓疗效临床对比研究

目的:探讨男性脑梗塞患者静脉溶栓治疗临床疗效。方法:符合静脉溶栓适应证并除外禁忌证的81例急性脑梗塞患者,根据性别分成男性组41例,女性组40例,两组给予国产尿激酶静脉溶栓治疗。结果:男性接受静脉溶栓治疗的脑梗塞患者,年龄较女性提前(P<0.05),男性急性脑梗塞患者溶栓治疗后疗效显著高于女性患者(P<0.05)。男性组静脉血糖(BG)甘油三酯(TG)浓度均显著低于女性(P<0.05),男性急性脑梗塞患者溶栓治疗后疗效显著高于女性患者(P<0.05(P<0.05)。结论:静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗塞男性近期疗效较女性佳。

Efficacy of thrombolytic therapy for male acute cerebral infarction: Comparative study

Objectire: To investigate the efficacy of thrombolytic in male patients with acute cerebral infarction therapy. Methods: 81 cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided two groups according to sex. (41 for male group and 40 for female group as control). 81 cases underwent intravenous thromblytic therapy. Results: The age in the male patients acute cerebral infarction Who received thromblytic therapy was earlier than the control group (P<0.05).The efficay of the therapy in the male group was remarlcably higher than the control group (P<0.05).Both TG and BG in the male group with the disease were significantiy declined as compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: The efficacly of intravenous thrombolytic in the male group with acute cerebral infarction is better than that of the control group.
