脑出血急性期药物加康复治疗的疗效观察

目的 :观察脑出血急性期药物加康复治疗对患者的患肢运动功能及日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响。方法 :105例住院病人分为2组 ,观察组53例 ,采用常规药物治疗加康复活动 ;对照组52例 ,单纯用药物常规治疗。结果 :观察组患者治疗后比治疗前患肢运动功能、ADL有明显提高(P<0 01) ;观察组与对照组治疗后两项评价对比 ,观察组患者的患肢运动功能的恢复与ADL的提高比对照组明显(P<0 01)。结论 :脑出血急性期药物加康复治疗对患者的患肢运动功能及日常生活活动能力的恢复效果较好。

Observation on Curative Effects of Medical Treatment Combined with Rehabilitation on Cerebral Hemorrhage at Acute Stage

Purpose:To observe the effects of medical treatments combined with rehabilitation on limb motor function and daily life mobility for the patient with cerebral hemorrhage at the acute stage.Methods:105 in patients were divided into two groups.The observation group with 53 cases was applied with the routine medical treatment together with rehabilitation,while the control group with 52 cases with only routine medical treatment.Results:After the treatment,the limb motor function and the daily life mobility of the patients in the observation group were obviously improved(P<0 01).Furthermore,the better results after the treatment were indicated in the observation group when compared with those in the control group in relation to the limb motor function and daily life mobility(P<0 01).Conclusion:For the patient suffering cerebral hemorrhage at the acute stage,better recovery effects can be attained through the application of both the routime medical treatment and rehabililtation.
