老年人多发膀胱憩室的影像学诊断

摘    要:目的:探讨老年人多发膀胱憩室及并发结石的影像学表现。方法:收集我院2005年至2006年间经手术证实的5例老年人多发膀胱憩室病例,回顾性分析其影像学表现。结果:本组5例CT均诊断为多发膀胱憩室,其中2例多发膀胱憩室并结石,诊断正确率100%。膀胱造影诊断膀胱憩室5例,包括下尿路狭窄并膀胱憩室2例。B超检查诊断前列腺增生性肥大3例,诊断膀胱憩室4例,膀胱憩室并结石1例。结论:老年人多发膀胱憩室的影像学检查,CT能够显示膀胱憩室的大小、形态、位置、开口及并发症,是老年人多发膀胱憩室的影像学检查的最佳方法。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the images features of multiple bladder diverticulum in the elderly and its complication stone. Methods In this study,5 cases proved by surgery of multiple bladder diverticulum in the elderly were collected from 2005 to 2006. All images features were analyzed retrospectively. Results 5 cases of multiple bladder diverticulum were diagnosed by CT,including 2 cases of bladder diverticulum complication calculus,the diagnostic accuracy was 100%. 5 cases of multiple bladder diverticulum were confirmed by cystography , including 2 cases of lower urinary narrow complication bladder diverticulum. 3 cases of prostate hyperplasia and 4 cases of multiple bladder diverticulum,including 1 cases of bladder diverticulum complication calculus were diagnosed by B-uhrasonography. Conclusion The size, shape,location, outlet and complication of multiple bladder diverticulum can be revealed by CT. CT scans is the best diagnostic method of imaging for multiple bladder diverticulum in elder.
