ERCP术后胰腺炎的诊治分析

目的探讨ERCP术后引起胰腺炎的诊断及防范措施。方法212例拟行ERCP且术前血清淀粉酶正常的患者，随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组ERCP术后加用奥曲肽注射液，并检查血清淀粉酶并观察急性胰腺炎发生率。结果术后治疗组6h及24h的血清淀粉酶水平、急性胰腺炎的发生率均低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论静注奥曲肽可减少ERCP术后胰腺炎及高淀粉酶血症的发生率。

Analysis of the treatment for post ERCP pancreatitis

Objective To explore the treatment for post-endoscopic retrograde eholangiopanereatogrephy panereatitis （PEP）. Methods 212 patients with scheduled ERCP and normal blood amylase pre-ERCP were enrolled. They were randomized into the oetmotide group and control group. The oetreotide group was intravenous infused with oetreotide by micro-pump immedi- ately after ERCP. And measure the patients＇serum amylase level in both groups. The rate of aeute panereatitis were also observed. Results The serum amylase level of oetreotide group at 6h,24h and incidence of acute panereatitis were lower than that of con- trol group（P〈0.05）. Concusion The use of oetreotide can prevent hyperamylasemia and acute panereatitis induced by ERCP.
