孕妇血浆中纤维蛋白原水平的研究分析

目的对妊娠妇女血浆纤维蛋白原增高的结果进行分析比较，并结合实验室孕妇血浆纤维蛋白原含量参考值范围进行统计学分析。方法采用STAGO全自动血凝仪对294例正常成年妇女和近3年建卡并送检的妊娠妇女的血样标本，用凝血酶凝固时间法做血浆纤维蛋白原测定。并对两组结果进行t检验和均值方差计算。结果妊娠妇女血浆纤维蛋白原明显高于正常成年妇女，P〈0．05，差异具有统计学意义。同时统计出的孕妇参考范围为（4．48±1．45）g／L。结论妊娠妇女的纤维蛋白原水平呈生理性增高，与健康妇女之间有明显差异。

The research on plasma level of fibrinogen in pregnant women blood plasma

Objective To compare and analyze elevated plasma fibrinogen level in pregnant women in the area, and to establish the laboratory pregnant women plasma fibrinogen level reference range through statistical analysis. Methods STAGO automatic coagulometer was applied to determinating plasma fibrinogen of 294 cases with thrombin clotting time method, including normal adult women treated in our hospital and pregnant women who built healthy cards within the recent three years. The statistical analysis （t test） was carried out. Results The plasma level of fibrinogen was significantly higher in pregnant women group than that of normal control group （P〈0.05）. Our laboratory pregnant women plasma fibrinogen level reference range was （4.48±1.45） g/L. Conclusion The pregnancy wowen＇s fibrinogen level displays the physiological markup,and has obvious difference with healghy women.
