心理干预对简易快速脱毒患者负性情绪的影响

目的：探讨心理干预对简易快速脱毒患者负性情绪的影响。方法：将196例简易快速脱毒患者随机分为对照组和干预组各98例，对照组进行常规护理。干预组在此基础上实施心理干预。内容为健康教育、心理疏导、家属支持。采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）对干预结果进行评定。结果：干预后与干预前比较，SAS、SDS评分有显著性差异P〈0．05；结论：心理干预可以减轻简易快速脱毒患者焦虑、抑郁症状，纠正患者的认知，提高治疗依从性及治疗效果。

Effects of negative emotion on patients of Simple and Rapid detoxification with psychological intervention

Objective ：To study Effects of negative emotion on patients of Simple and Rapid detoxification with psychological intervention. Methods： 196 cases of simple, rapid detoxification were randomly divided into control group and intervention group （ 98 cases respectively）, the control group for routine care. On this basis, the intervention group implemente psychological intervention. Content include health education, psychological counseling, family support. Self-rating anxiety scale （SAS）, self-rating depression scale （SDS） assessed the results of the intervention. Results ：Before and after the intervention, There was a significant difference on SAS, SDS score P 〈0.05; Conclusion： psychological intervention can reduce anxiety, depression symptoms on patients of Simple and Rapid detoxification ,correct the patient＇s awareness, improve treatment compliance and therapeutic effect.
