| 摘 要： | 目的：研究石仙桃的镇静和催眠作用。方法：观察石仙桃提取液对小鼠自发活动、戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间、阈下催眠剂量戊巴比妥钠的影响及其对小鼠电惊厥的影响。结果：石仙桃提取液明显减少小鼠的自发活动，延长小鼠戊巴比妥钠催眠时间，增强阈下催眠剂量戊巴比妥钠的作用并有一定的抗惊厥作用且呈剂量依耐性。结论：石仙桃提取液具有镇静、催眠和抗惊厥作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the sedative hypnotic and anticonvulsant effects of pholidota chinensis lindl(PCL).Method:Its effects were observed through the autonomic activities in mice and the duration of pentobarbital and the hypnotic effect of a low hypnotic threshold dose of pentobarbital mice and the convulsion induced by the electric spur.Result:Pholidota chinensis lindl distinctly decreased the autonomic actvity and increased the hypnotic effect of a low hypnotic threshold dose of pentobarbital mice and prolonged the duration of sleeping of pentobarbital mice.It could inhibit convulsion induced by the electric spur in mice.All results showed dosage dependent effects.Conclusion:pholidota chinensis lindl possess the sedative and hypnotic and anticonvulsant effects. |
