| 摘 要： | 用中西医结合治疗的方法治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者１７例，并分别观察了治疗前后其视力，眼底，荧光血管造影及眼电生理的变化，结果发现以上指标均明显好转，尤其视觉诱发电位的波幅与潜时变化，治疗前后比较差异有显著性，提示中医针刺在治疗本病中的作用，认为眼电生理检查也是判定本病的客观指标之一。

| Abstract: | cases of central retinal artery occlusion(CRAO)were treated by traditionalChinese and western medicine. The changes of visual acuity fundus fluorescein angiograpgy(FFA)and visual evoked potental(VEP)before and after treatment were observed respectively.The re-sults showed that all the quotas. specially the latincy and amplitude of P waves in VEP.improvedobviously.It is indicated that the role of acupuncture can not be ignored and VEP should be intro-duced into the judgement ofthe turning of eye diseases. |
