| 摘 要： | 中西医结合治疗眼球穿通伤后色素膜炎２４例２５只眼与西医方法治疗１８例１８只眼对照，中西医结合治疗组有效率８８％，对照组有效率４４．４４％。差异有极显著性（ｘ＾２＝７．０８，Ｐ〈０．０１），并对中药的作用机理进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | A comparision was made between 24 cases of uveitis caused by penetrating ocular injury treated with integrated traditional and western medicine and 18 cases treated with western medicine only. As a result, the group treated with the combined method had an effective rate of 88%, whereas the control group had an effective rate of 44.44%. the difference was very significant(x2=7.08, P< 0.01). The healing mechanism of TCM was discussed. |
