| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨乳腺癌DPC4(Smad4)蛋白的表达及临床意义。方法:应用免疫组化SP法,对80例乳腺癌及20例癌周腺叶进行检测,并结合临床资料进行研究。结果:乳腺癌DPC4(Smad4)蛋白的表达阳性率为75%(60/80),20例癌周腺叶内DPC4(Smad4)蛋白均呈强阳性表达,两者比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。DPC4蛋白在乳腺癌的表达与患者年龄、发生部位无关(P>0.05),而与临床分期、淋巴结转移、病理分级、肿物大小有相关性(P<0.01)。结论:DPC4(Smad4)蛋白的表达与乳腺癌的发生发展密切相关,对预后的判断有参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the expression of DPC4 in breast cancer and evaluate its clinical significance.Methods:DPC4 was measured in 80 cases ofbreast cancer tissues and 20 cases of benign disease by immunohistochemistry SPmethod using monoclonal antibody to their protein.Results:The expression of DPC4in breast cancer was 75% (60/80).There was significantly higher than that in benigndisease.. Their expressions were not related to gender and position of the disease (P>0.05), but related to pathology stage, clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and tumorsizes (P<0.01).Conclusion:The expression of DPC4 was closely correlated with thebreast cancer and more valuable about predicting. |
