| Abstract: | Two alkyl-lysophospholipids, ET-18-OH and ET-18-OCH3, with anti-tumor activity, were studied for mutagenic potential. Mutagenicity tests were performed using the Ames test, the sex-linked recessive lethal test on Drosophila melanogaster, and the micronucleus test on bone marrow of mice. No genetic activity was detected. |
